1. Mode 1 (MODE1) means that there is no adapter on the charging gun, also called adapter. 2. Mode 2 (MODE2), which is also the main charging mode of portable charging guns currently on the market. The difference from Mode 1 is that after adding a protection device, that is, an adapter, connect the car and the home AC grid (generally 220V, 10/16A in China). This approach retains the convenience of charging, and also ensures the safety and standardization of new energy vehicle charging.

3. Mode 3 (MODE3), the difference between Mode 3 and Mode 1 is that the charging gun is not connected to the household AC power grid, but is connected to a dedicated AC power supply device, which is an AC charger. At this time, the charging gun can have no adapter, because the AC charger itself plays a protective role. Mode 3 can not only ensure the safety of charging, but also improve the charging speed to a certain extent.

4. Mode 4 (MODE4), the difference between Mode 4 and Mode 3 is that the charging gun is connected to the AC grid or the DC power supply equipment at the DC grid end, that is, the DC charger. Generally, it is not for household use, but is specifically set for fast charging. Standing.The charging current in mode 4 is large, and the current is generally DC 80/125/200/250A, so the natural charging speed is also the fastest.
