With the rise of electric vehicles in the international market, the demand for charging piles is getting higher and higher. The function of charging pile is similar to that of the refueling machine in the gas station. It can be fixed on the ground or on the wall and installed in public buildings (public buildings, malls, public parking lots, etc.) and residential parking lots or charging stations. It can charge various types of electric vehicles according to different voltage levels. Charging pile can be divided into floor type charging pile and wall type charging pile. Floor type charging pile is suitable for installation in parking space not close to the wall. Wall type charging type is suitable for installation on the wall or near the wall.
Today we are mainly to introduce the one-stop solution provided by IVY in detail, including AC DC&DC DC power module,DC meter, transformer, leakage sensor and relay.
AC DC power supply module and DC DC power supply module：
AC-DC power supply module can make the circuit to form a constant current device, such as dry battery DC generator, known as the DC power supply using the world's highest voltage resistance chip (1100V), with a monolithic switch power supply as high as 550 volts AC input.
AC DC leakage sensor:
Ivy focuses on to meet the different customers’ demand, different PCB designs, specially developed three installation methods: pins only, cable only, pins &cable, especially good for charging pile is undoubtedly the best choice, it can accurately detect the mA level of energy.
RS485 DC energy meter:
The advantages of this meter are: good communication reliability of RS485, compact size, high sampling accuracy of diverter, beautiful appearance, convenient installation, etc. The model of the first-generation DC electricity meter produced by Yivan is EM613001, and corresponding to it is the more powerful second-generation DC electricity meter EM613002, which supports RS485 and NB-IoT communication, and can realize remote reading and reading of data, and upload the data to the system platform through RS485 reading and reading downlink device. The two generations can be used together. EM613001 communicates with the concentrator through RS485 (EM613002, a single NB concentrator can connect to 25 DC meters with RS485) to upload data to the system platform.
PCB Current Transformer:
For charging pile, we specially developed a PCB installation of current transformer, electric current is 70A, the accuracy is 0.1 and 0.2, ratio can be customized, 1000/2000/2500 is ok, load 10 Ω, of course, magnetic immunity function is also available for you.
M-BUS current sensor:
The open and close current sensor is made of high magnetic conductivity material, which has the characteristics of high precision, stable performance, small size, convenient installation and no rust at the opening. It is suitable for measuring and monitoring the current and temperature, and has the M-BUS communication function. It can detect less than 20mA current, can be customized precision level :1 class, open core design structure, can be in constant electrical conditions, fast loading and unloading, greatly improve the construction efficiency.
To many charing piles breaker relay is always 32A 64A, IVY expecially developed one type relay—IM601 for EV chargers, current optional from 60A~90A, max. Switching current 250VAC, driving voltage 6/9/12/24VDC optional, single or dual coil optional, normal close and normal open optional, all of these can meet different demand.
