1.Whats PCB relay?-Circuit board relay is a miniature electronic control device, in which the circuit board makes the circuit miniaturized and intuitive, which plays an important role in the mass production of fixed circuits and optimizing the layout of electrical appliances. The relay has a control system (also called an input loop) and a controlled system (also called an output loop). It is usually used in automatic control circuits. It is actually a kind of "automatic switch" that uses a smaller current to control a larger current. ". Therefore, it plays the role of automatic adjustment, safety protection, and conversion circuit in the circuit.


2.Whats the differences between PCB relay and PCB type of relay?-PCB relay normally refer the miniature low power PCB boards type relay.However PCB relay sometime can be understand as PCB installation type relay. It can be wide range of switching (high power) but the installation method is PCB, some people also mark as P.C.B. It means this relay will be soldering on the printing circuit boards.


3.What's the applicaiton of PCB Relay?-Widely used in petrochemical equipment, food machinery, packaging machinery, textile machinery, CNC machine tools, plastic machinery, fitness equipment, entertainment facilities and other automation control fields, can control small motors, incandescent lamps, instructions Lamps, low-power power supplies, intelligent instruments and various solenoid valves, etc., can also be used as the driving stage of high-power electromagnetic contactors. It is especially suitable for harsh environments such as corrosion, humidity, dust prevention, explosion-proof requirements, and frequent switching occasions.


4.What kind of PCB shall be picked based on the demand?- Choosing relay shall be devided into some steps: Firstly you have to make sure what kind of relay you want (core function) for example SSR solid state relay, intermediate relay,power relay or latching relay. Secondly you have to confirm the Amp, if you need control 3A 30A or 200A, thats totally different on price and size. Thirdly you have to decide how many circuits you would like to confirm.


5.What should we think when we choose switching solutions? -Switching solution is a kind of total solution, its not only relay components but also some special design.
