Another important performance parameter of the transformer-the isolation withstand voltage, requires special attention when selecting a transformer. Generally, the isolation withstand voltage of an ordinary micro high-frequency transformer is about 2500V. Some industries with higher requirements, such as Isolation transformers used in the medical industry sometimes require an isolation withstand voltage of 4200V.
