The trend in PV string inverters for large solar power plants is towards higher power classes. This requires current sensors with a higher current capability. The new MD Series leakage current sensor MD0630T41A

was specially developed to fulfill the requirements of string inverters from 80 kW to 255 kW and upcoming developments.

MD0630T41A is a high sensititivity AC DC leakage current sensor for solar inverter residual current detection, which can also be called residual current monitoring (RCM), residual current detection (RCD), differential current sensor, earth leakage detector, zero phase current transformer and fault current sensor. Dedicated to detect to Type AC, A, F, B and B+ leakage current measurement. 

It has the characteristics of accurate measurement, small size and integration. The RCD sensor can be set separately for AC and DC leakage and has a digital output function.
