Charging your car at home or at work requires standard Alternative Current (AC) home chargers and commercial charging units. It is effective and can be installed with great flexibility. While Direct Current (DC) charging stations related to a very quick charging rate as little as 30 minutes. The rapid, global growth of electric vehicles requires the development of a charging infrastructure that is faster, safer, smaller, and more flexible, which creates design challenges for engineers around the world. Designed with deep expertise and advanced technology, IVY Metering's robust portfolio of EV charging products answers the challenges engineers face and fits the diverse needs of AC and DC charging stations on a global basis, no matter what their power level or charging speed requirements.
IVY Metering has the expertise to support your business in the EV marketplace. We can offer some EV charger components such as:
RCM/RCD residual current monitoring sensors (6mA DC/30mA AC Type B);
Current measuring components(60A PCB CT & 200mA~100A M-bus current sensor);
Power Relays 32A 40A non-latching (coil 12VDC);
AC/DC single&dual output power supply modules;
Newly-developed EV charger controller(charging control unit), match with shell, type1&type2 gun, and MCB, equivalent to a charging station
AEC-21Y-G1 EV Charger Controller
AEC-21Y-G1 is used for AC EV Charging Stations comply with IEC61851 or SAEJ1772 standards and DIN EN6075 installation requirements. The output of the relay is used to connect to the AC contactor that switches on/off the load, Max current can up to 32A.
The AEC-21Y-G1 controller is IVY M-bus protocol with 4G/RS485/Bluetooth communication, the controller's additional functions including: residual current monitoring unit, relay on-off, LCD display, KWM Meter, RFID card, etc.
