AEC-21Y-G1 Introduction
EV Charger Controller (AEC-21Y-G1) is designed to provide all of the required control functions for EV charging. It can be integrated into an Electric Vehicle Charging Station for Mode 3 Level 2 chargers, e.g. Charging Stations or charging units. The AEC-21Y-G1 charger module with 4G/RS485/Bluetooth communication and M-BUS OCPP(pending) protocol. Integrated charging, metering, and 14 types safety protection functions, so simple too easy to install. Comply with IEC 61851-1, CE-EMC, CE-LVD, MID Compliant.

Product Function
1. Designed with an emergency stop button. In case of an emergency, press the emergency stop button to stop charging and ensure charging safety.
2. When the upper cover of the charging pile is opened, charging stops to ensure charging safety.
3. The charging pile is equipped with a leakage protection switch to simplify user installation and save installation space.
4. Safety protection functions: lightning protection, AC leakage protection, DC leakage protection, over-temperature protection, short-circuit protection, waterproof protection, electrostatic protection, over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, and over-current protection.
5. Dot matrix LCD display, which can display charging voltage, charging current, charging power, charging time, etc.
6. Charging pile status indication: blue indicates standby status, green indicates charging status, and red indicates fault status
7. Full power stop charging prevents the vehicle from charging for a long time, resulting in excessive temperature, and effectively protects the safety of the charging pile and vehicle.
8. Use NFC radio frequency card to swipe and start use, which prevents others from stealing.
9. Designed with Bluetooth communication to connect to mobile phones, it can extend the Bluetooth startup charging function.
10. With 4G remote communication, you can check the charging data and start charging by scanning the code on the APP; you can extend mobile payment recharge.
11. Five usage modes can be set and switched according to the usage scenario
Local mode: in direct-through state, the electric car is directly charged by plugging in the gun
Local dedicated mode: NFC card and charging pile correspond one by one, and the electric car is charged by swiping the card after plugging in the gun
Local batch mode: NFC card can be paired with multiple charging piles, and the electric car is charged by swiping the card after plugging in the gun
Online mode: NFC card is managed by the platform, and the charging pile confirms the card number with the platform through 4G when swiping the card, and charging can only be carried out if it meets the requirements.
Prepaid amount mode: Scan the QR code displayed on the LCD screen of the charging pile through the APP and pay for it.
