Latching relay is a new type of relay which uses magnetic principle to control circuit's on and off. Its normally open and closed state are provided completely by permanent magnet steel'working and completed the conversion of on-off state base on the triggering of a certain width pulse signal.

IM902 is an overvoltage protection latching relay(90A, 250VAC), which can effectively protect electrical equipment from damage and protect the safety of users. Used in single-phase AC230V/three-phase 380V, frequency 50HZ, and rated current below 100A. It is often used in series with circuit breakers.

It can protect circuit from overload and short circuit. And also can be used in circuit for unfrequently switching. It is mainly used in civil, industrial control, commercial buildings and other power distribution equipment that needs protection. it also pass IEC62055-31 UC2 Certified. Compared with IM901 smart meter latching relay, IM902 with 3KA surge protection and overvoltage/undervoltage protection function. Especially designed for over-voltage and under-voltage protectors.
