IVY Metering EV charger components are divided into five parts.
1. RCD/RCM Residual Current Device: EU standard Type B 6mA 30mA AC DC RCD current sensors, MD0630T01A(PCB type), MD0630T41A(Cable&PCB type), MD0630T41A-1(Cable type), cost-effective RCD (AC&DC: MD0630STA-C/P, DC: MD36DA-C/-P), and newest American standard UL2231-2 CCID20 AC 20mA RCD: MD20STA-C.
2. Relay Control: IM-NE801A 40A 2 pole DPST-NO / IM-SP401A 32A 40A single pole SPST-NO PCB power relay, and IM601 60A single/dual coil latching relay etc.
3. AC-DC Power Module: AC-DC converter power supply modules, three-phase input; single/dual way output optional.
4. Current Measurement: 200mA~100A D129072 split core M-BUS sensor with Dynamic Load Balance and high accuracy 1(60)A PCB mount CT.
5. AC voltage sensing: 100A Wifi sensor power detection module AC voltage sensing
6. Energy Monitoring: EM619001/002(Measuring up to 2000A, 5~1000VDC) DC Meter and EM118090(1PH 100A 230V)&EM513083(3*230V/400V 100A) AC MID Meter.

About IVY Metering Internal RCD Series
An important safety function of these devices is to monitor the leakage current of the entire system from power modules against earth. A defective system can become dangerous for people or cause fires. Before it comes so far, power modules must be disconnected from the grid. The leakage current contains DC and AC components. Therefore, an AC/DC-sensitive monitoring unit is necessary.
Generally, protection devices with AC/DC-sensitive differential current sensors can be used everywhere, where flator pulsating DC can develop, whose amount is permanently greater than zero.
